Kayani answerable to Pak for drone strikes: AQ Khan

Bangladesh Sun (ANI) Thursday 9th February, 2012

Pakistani nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan has said army chief General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani is answerable for the US drone attacks because he has taken an oath to safeguard the security of the country.

'If India attacks Pakistan, then will the Army chief retaliate or wait for the permission of the rulers', The Nation quoted Khan, as saying.

He claimed that the Pakistan government is virtually a slave of the US, adding that it was a disgrace that Islamabad had not consulted China when the vote for sanctioning Syria was taken at the United Nations Security Council last week. (ANI)
