Growing Mafia's business legacy is borderless creativity, which means operating, innovating and creating at the intersection of talent and capabilities. The team comprises of experts in public relations, advertising, health, innovation, and Creativity.
At present, Growing Mafia is busy carrying out a massive internal restructuring, which would make the client's journey a seamless experience with the agency. Announcing the need to do this, Akhilesh says, "Growing Mafia has always been into traditional event management. However, we've consciously also chosen to keep ourselves abreast of the latest that is happening in the world of PR and advertising. So far, Growing Mafia has built a robust network of more than 50,000 influencers who've been on Instagram and YouTube for years.
