Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], April 3 (ANI): As the Gujarat Titans (GT) gear up to host their first home game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad against the Rajasthan Royals on Saturday, the franchise is set to deliver far more than just cricket for fans.
It will be a larger celebration of fandom, an immersive, experience-led approach that brings together cricket, culture and community, reflecting the Titans' fan-first philosophy, according to a press release from GT. From expansive fan zones to high-energy in-stadium entertainment, the Gujarat Titans have designed matchdays to engage fans from the moment they enter the stadium until the final ball. Two large fan zones at the stadium concourse entry points will act as the heartbeat of the pre-match build-up. Designed as high-energy hubs, these zones bring together interactive activities, live entertainment, and vibrant installations, ensuring fans are part of the action well before the first ball is bowled. At the core of the fan zones are a range of engagement stalls that blend cricket, creativity, and Gujarat's cultural flavour. Fans can design their own banners to cheer for the Titans, get custom face painting, and participate in interactive challenges like the 'Save The Wicket Challenge', which tests their batting skills, and the 'Spot The Titans Challenge', a fun blindfolded activity where fans try to pinpoint 'Gujarat No Gadh', the home of the Gujarat Titans, on a giant colourful map. Adding to the atmosphere will be live music performances, garba with fans, and contests, giving fans a chance to win exciting Gujarat Titans souvenirs and merchandise, creating a festive, community-driven vibe. Nine unique installations spread across the fan zones will offer visually striking backdrops for fans to capture their matchday experience, turning every corner into a memorable moment. Taking fan engagement a step further, Gujarat Titans Merchandise Stalls will offer real-time jersey customisation at the stadium. Fans can get personalised match jerseys printed within minutes, alongside access to official caps and training jerseys. Multiple food and water stations will be operational across the concourse, ensuring fans stay refreshed and comfortable throughout the match. A specially designed 40-ft wide entertainment stage will anchor the in-stadium experience, featuring fan activations, crowd chants, and interactive moments. A live DJ will keep the atmosphere charged across the stands. A high-energy audio-visual spectacle featuring popular Gujarati tracks will light up the stadium during the mid-innings break. Fan T-shirts and flags will be distributed across the stadium, transforming the stands into a unified sea of blue in support of the Gujarat Titans. By combining on-ground engagement, cultural elements, and in-stadium spectacle, the Gujarat Titans aim to strengthen their connection with supporters while building a deeper, more immersive fan ecosystem, one that firmly places fans at the heart of every home match.
